  Loaner Car Program

  We know that it is of high importance that you can continue with your daily life without causing extra grief and stress. Therefore, we offer loaner cars to any insured customer that does not have rental coverage. There is no daily fee or mileage fee! Restrictions do apply and the loaner cars are first come first served. Please ask for details when you come in for your free estimate.

  Your Rights

  You have the right to select your own repair facility. It is the consumer’s right to select an auto body repair shop for auto body damage covered by the insurance policy and an insurer may not require this work to be done at a particular auto body repair shop. You are not required by law to get more than one estimate and estimates may vary. It is the consumer’s right to seek and obtain an independent repair estimate directly from a registered auto body repair shop for repair of a damaged vehicle, even when pursuing an insurance claim for repair of that vehicle.Remember a lower estimate may not include necessary repairs to return your car to pre-collision condition. It is the consumer’s right to be informed about auto body repairs made with new OEM crash parts, new aftermarket crash parts and used crash parts.

  What is a Quality Replacement Part?

  A quality replacement or aftermarket auto part is a new part produced and/or supplied by a company other than the car companies. This categorization may also include those parts originally manufactured by endorsed car company suppliers, which have later followed alternative distribution and sales processes. Although this part category is often only associated with collision replacement parts, the automotive aftermarket also includes a large variety of mechanical and custom parts.
